You'll need to provide more info:
Which hard drive software are you using (ICD,HDDriver,AHDI)? Format drive then partition.
Are you able to write the boot sector?
Hard Drive make/model?
TOS will limit partition size as well.

I have the original diskettes, but looks like disk 2 will not work. It gets stuck at 'Insert Disk 2'.
If someone could send me a SCP,MSA or STX, that would be wonderful.

Hey,
I just fired it up with DOS 3.3. Works great. The earlier version of the software that I have doesn't work with FreeDOS. I guess I'll need to make a boot floppy.
