Re: Manuals Project !!

I have about 650 MB scanned circuit diagrams, service manuals, service instructions, etc. (some documents are not english but dutch or german, source is ATARI Germany and Netherlands, collected by M.R.) and would like to upload them to the Atari Dokumentation Project. I already tryed to contact the...

Re: Thanks to the Atari community!

Thanks so much Shredder. Much appreciated.

>>DAI: Yeah, I updated these pages a long time ago, but when I restored the site on the weekend, I updated the old pages from August instead of November!

The correct pages are up along with a page of Mark Z.

Thanks to the Atari community!

My retro game and computer site has only been up for a few days but I have received many compliments and useful feedback on how to make it better. This is in large contrast to the Amiga community. While many appreciated what I tried to do, I had so many tear apart the design, use of ads and even hos...

Re: Much more could have been done on ST

Oh, I don't know. For a few years there, the ST got pretty much every game every other system did. I'm talking about during its heyday of course. (circa '86-89 or so) I know I spent a lot of time on them! :) I had an Amiga and an Atari ST. Used one for midi and desktop Pub and the other for video w...

Re: FALCON - what resolution?

Overall 320 x 240 makes the most sense at 256 colours.

High res won't give you the number of colours you want.

Re: Universal Atari Modding Case

So far it looks great. Do you have any rendered results that will show the finished product? Are you planning on using a 3D printer to create this case?

Would love to have something for my 1024 ST.

Re: New ST hardware projects interesting to develop?

What about a new box/case that could be the basis for all of this allowing us to add new cards and so on. Just a thought. We could design something awesome and because of the new 3D printers, we could have them made really cheap. There are many places that do this. How awesome would it be to have a ...

Re: Manuals Project !!

I would love to place these manuals on my Retro Game and Computer Site if you are interested. I have every computer, console and even a section for add ons. This way more people will have access to them. Just need to be careful about copyright. Hi there, i'm working currently on my "Manuals Project"...

Re: Much more could have been done on ST

Sadly, the ST did not have a large enough audience to demand the attention of developers to create stunning games. This also plagued the Amiga as well. What I wish is that Atari had of not given up on the ST when it did. The ST was gaining much more tracking in Europe in professional circles. I wond...

Re: Retro Game and Computer web site

Looks like a lot of time and effort has gone into your site, although you need to go back and check for errors as there were many but nothing that bad. Good stuff! Yeah, a friend above just told me about one that is on 266 pages! I can't believe some of the mistakes I still have! You don't...

Retro Game and Computer web site

I built a web site that covers all retro Atari computers like the 400/600/800/1200 and the 1400 that never was all the way up to the ST line and the fabled Falcon. I also included the game consoles. I wonder what would have happened to Atari if they had not delayed the release of the 7800. There is ...
