Re: Quarantine and un-useful project

Why not play a movie directly from the falcon ??? Not easy but let's try. Why not! How about going with CAB brownser to: http://www.cornica.org/fun.php and click first download link (Maple Store 240x136 30.6 MB) Open Aniplayer and watch. I haven't tested this (I dont't have net with Falcon), but sh...

Does this information from 1989 help anything:
"Martin Russ used to fix broken ARP synths for a living but now has a 'real' day job working for British Telecom Research Laboratories. By night he is a prolific contributor to SOS magazine."

Thanks, it has a USB connector. Is the CUBASE option something Steinberg released, or did a LAN driver come with the unit? . Driver comes for Mini Macman with MROS that comes Cubase Audio Falcon. I'd vote for that one.

But the descriptions in the OP it looks like I'd be voting for "none of the above"?
+1
DIM format can be written to back to floppies with Fastcopy pro.
And it is also supported with emulators.

Two questions before I order two CosmoEX 3?
1. Can I replace that Rasperry Pi 3 board with PI 2+?, because I don't want any wireless connection to my Atari.
2. Can I install it to Atari Stacy?

Re: New SuperVidel & some ideas for future development.

As a bonus it could have a separate DVI output which is less compatible and provide extended modes for people who want to pretend that Falcon really needs 1080p video modes. Or that it really needs a 100MHz 060... 1920x1080 24p in 2-colors (1 bitplane) doesn't need so much. But interested in get so...

This sounds interesting, do you need information about programming MIDI hardware? I know how to program the Soundpool MO4, Friend Chip MM1, C-Lab Export, and the Macman. I've got some information on the Midex and Unitor, although I need to do more work reverse-engineering them. The Log3 and the SMP...

Re: Do you use/need more than one MIDI input?

Some potential advantages of including the MIDI inputs: 5. Complex routings between multitimbre MIDI-devices. I have dreamed about 3 separate midi inputs and outputs. There is some mixer like controllers that put sliders to every channel, so there isn't left any channel to keyboards. And there is s...
