Re: Lotus Esprit Turbo Challenge - STE enhanced (WIP)

If you don't want two exectuables and that the 6.25khz samplerate is good enough for you, you can also extend the samples to 12.5khz for Falcon, by doubling the values. This should be precaculated of course, if you don't want a delay.

I also ordered the game Marcer, and it's not in "sent" status yet (shipping from France to France then).
Maybe they have problem producing the product due to the global virus situation?
We will receive it one day (i cannot imagine otherwise).

Re: Pera Putnik (AtariZol / Petari etc.)'s HDD games on STEEm SSE

Yes i suggested 1.62 as it contains some bug fixes over 1.06, including one on GEMDOS, according to: http://www.atari.st/content.php?type=t&file=toslist [edit] Mhhh, but reading better, it seems that bug is also present in ST TOS 1.04... So maybe TOS 1.02 bould be better for plain ST software runnin...

Re: Pera Putnik (AtariZol / Petari etc.)'s HDD games on STEEm SSE

I think that emulators use their own logic with host system directory mapping as ST harddrive. Running with TOS 1.00 may not be a good idea? Try 1.04 or maybe TOS 1.62 (that latest one would be required for STe specific games, but there are really few). Also be sure to use UK TOS and not US (50hz re...

Re: Copyright for SNDH Music? Would this bother anyone?

Yes, adding another layer of copyright, the tracks you selected are coming from commercial games. So potentially copyright holders of those (ooold) game IPs could give trouble. Maybe some game music remix forums speak on this matter? Because there are many albums of game music remixes sold in the wo...

Re: WebOne: browsing by proxy

As i understand the description, this proxy actually transcribes web pages and content, to simple layout and formats compatibles with old browsers.
I don't think it can handle rich web clients though, as i couldn't imagine how it would interface all the javascript events of such websites/webapps.

Re: Recording audio

@YQN : I recommend the super basic SNDH_CPU.TTP, bundled with maxYMiser, to play SNDH for recording.
It can play any SNDH, not just maxYMiser files.

Also @607, something i do when recording, is shutting down the monitor.
So the audio/video cable doesn't get its possible noise.

Re: Recording audio

As such, seeing your photo and reading about SCART pinout, it seems to be a video only SCART cable.
So if you have it modified to get audio from the ST side connector it should be fine anyway, as it only conveys video for now.

Re: Recording audio

Well your monitor got RCA audio inputs (white and red), where you plugged the stereo RCA cable (white and red) coming from your STe stereo outputs. Is this cable giving the sound on the monitor? I mean if you disconnect it, do you got sound (which would then come from the SCART cable)? Maybe you got...

Re: Recording audio

Your monitor got a SCART input, but this cable you bought do not even have a SCART connector. :o SCART connector is -> https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SCART I think you should ask someone with knowledge to build the right cable for you, because probably no one sells it. Buy an Atari ST to SCART cable,...

Re: Hatari 2.3.0 has been released

there must be some changes in rendering code in fullscreen, because now it's a little blurry. You can probably tweak the following options described in the release notes to change this: - SDL2: "--zoom" option accepts any values between 1.0 - 8.0 - SDL2: "--zoom" option is changed to always enable ...
