OK - this thread has inspired me to dig out my AT-Once 386 with unopened MegaST adaptor and give this a go in my MST4.

Never heard of him. Is he a user on the forum? If so, can I ask you not to disclose it in this thread for the time being and pm me with details?

Re: Wanted: Multiscan CRT or LCD monitor

Thanks Darklord. 27” would be way too big for the space I have available, but interesting to see there are more monitors being made that will sync down to 15khz!

Re: Wanted: Multiscan CRT or LCD monitor

Yeah, thanks Indus. It’s an option I looked at, but would rather have something that’s 4:3 aspect ratio if I can find one.

Wanted: Multiscan CRT or LCD monitor

I’m on the lookout for the above. Must be able to support 15khz and 31khz refresh rate so I can use my ST at all resolutions.

If anyone here happens to have one they are willing to let go of, please pm me.

Cheers!

Re: Donations

Thank you all - I've been a bit behind on the thank you thread. I think I've added everyone who has donated, but if I have somehow missed you, then please let me know. The funds have helped pay for the hosting and there's a bit sloshing about, so I think I may use it to buy some hardware and run som...

Phoenix H5 Intro and build

It's been a long time since I felt like I could enjoy a good hardware project, so when I happened to stumble across what Exxos has been up to since setting up his own forum, I became curious about his ST motherboard remake project amongst a few other developments he's involved with. For those who ha...

Just seen this. What a great project! Would be interesting to see how MI1 through SCUMMVM Lite compares to the official ST port.

That's a nice solution - especially as the hole in the case for access to the card would already be there.

https://gamesx.com/controldata/ejp_faq.htm

Section 10.1 suggests that it could be possible to write data 8bits wide across both ports.

P.S.: my personal experience with phpbb is to keep away from extensions that aren't part of the official distribution and are not absolutely needed. Definitely the case with the old mods - they were a nightmare to troubleshoot. I remember the pain of those all too well!! At least extensions exist i...

Hi all, First-up, for those who don't know why the forum suddenly disappeared and why it's taken so bloody long to get it back online, here's a brief explaination; I was notified the forum has gone down on 13th May by MugUK. The whole VPS had been deactivated at the webhost - so I raised a support t...
