That's a nice solution - especially as the hole in the case for access to the card would already be there.

Section 10.1 suggests that it could be possible to write data 8bits wide across both ports.

P.S.: my personal experience with phpbb is to keep away from extensions that aren't part of the official distribution and are not absolutely needed. Definitely the case with the old mods - they were a nightmare to troubleshoot. I remember the pain of those all too well!! At least extensions exist i...

We're back (ish)

Hi all, First-up, for those who don't know why the forum suddenly disappeared and why it's taken so bloody long to get it back online, here's a brief explaination; I was notified the forum has gone down on 13th May by MugUK. The whole VPS had been deactivated at the webhost - so I raised a support t...

Hi all. I have been in contact with Brume about this. DNS was migrated to a new company and the transfer resulted in all the dns records being set to point to the AL site. Normal service has been resumed.

The Wiki is alive!

Huge thanks to Tin for doing the real work and getting the MediaWiki platform upgraded whilst preserving all the data.

Also, thanks must go to Grabulosaure who has been hosting a mirror of the wiki in read-only mode while the main site was down.

Except the massive respect to insane's work done on this I want to mention one oddity (in a good sense), my problem mentioned in http://atari-forum.com/viewtopic.php?f=100&t=35445 is gone with this TOS :D Yes, we have verified that reverting back to standard 1.03d makes it reproducible again. Re: 1.44 Floppy image

On a MegaSTE, there’s a bank of dip switches that can be read by software. It so happens that TOS uses E7 to toggle HD disk mode. Apparently E8 disables DMA sounds too but I never tried it. So, unless there’s a feature in Hatari I’m unaware of, I reckon it would be pretty cool to have these switches...

I am still for outsourcing them completely from AF due to the sheer volume of posts by now. This makes sense to me - it is its own stand alone product - it should have its own forum. My issue is I consume this website via active topics RSS feed - can an active topics RSS feed be setup without inclu...

Yep - there's definitely something funky going on with the video output. If I play with the SDL options, I end up with a black screen and nothing seems to happen at all.

Re: Printing Codes

It definitely looks like ESC/P2. Could be a slightly augmented implementation of Epson's 'standard' for a specific printer. I would suggest setting the printer in WordPerfect to something vanilla like an Epson LX-80 and compare the output. I'm sure you have seen this document already: https://files....
