Mark Williams C

Postby polbit » Sun Jun 09, 2013 11:31 am

Does anyone know where to download or have a copy of Mark Williams C? I found some really old source code of mine written in MWC and would love to play with it...

Thanks!

Only the manual is there. No one donated copies of the software.

I've looked everywhere for the code, and nothing. If you can image it and email it or post it somewhere, that would be awesome!

As far as the code, it was an RPG game :)

I'm at work right now but when I get home I'll take
a look through my collection. I've got a couple of
programming languages, just not sure if that is
one of them...

DarkLord, I'm keeping my fingers crossed that MWC will be one of them :)

Okay, here is what I found, 5 disks with a 6th disk that says its a debugger.

I used MSA to archive them all, except disk 5. MSA refused to work with it
always giving an error at track 57. There is more than one way to skin a cat
though (way #15 for example, Krazy Glue and a toothbrush), so I copied
everything from it into a ZIP file, by hand, until I found the problem. In a
folder labeled SRC (I'm taking a leap here and assuming this is source code
examples), a file labeled "RDY.A" won't copy. It's around 50k in size. It's the
only thing I can't give you. Sorry.

mw_c_02.msa.zip

mw_c_03.msa.zip

mw_c_04.msa.zip

Let me know if everything works okay, I'm keeping
my fingers crossed. :)
