If I could buy PCBs for UltraSatan, I'd buy 3 right now (I can think of 2 ppl to give them as gifts to.. assuming I don't mess up SMD..).
Guessing a 50 board run comes out to under $7, but could be sold at $10-$12 so the operation is sustainable.

Can you PM me with your figures worked out (including fabrication, components, cases, labour etc). Give me an idea of cost per unit based on £150 investment.
There is definitely a Market for affordable UltraSatan's, but the quality has to be good. If you're confident you can do it, we'll consider investing.

There is a bunch of us who cannot solder well.
So just PCB alone will not work very well.
