Need help restoring a TT030 motherboard

Postby chris2020 » Thu Sep 05, 2019 8:19 am

I hope I'm posting this in the right place. My understanding is this is an early (first gen?) TT mainboard. I realize a lot of ic's are available. But I have no way of knowing what part numbers to ask for. Please help.

I tried uploading 2 photos of the board. Not sure if it worked.

No photos made it.

What exactly do you need help with? What is not working? Any display on monitor? What is your knowledge of soldering/tinkering with electronics?

We need more info if we are going to help you.

Or do you need to send it away to someone to repair it for you?

All I have is a largely unpopulated TT mobo. No revision specified on the silk screen.

I have/can solder and all. No I don't have a professional rework station, but I'd attempt to improvise where necessary.

I pm'ed Chandler, thinking he may have the specific part numbers I need, he also had a similar problem in a post 3 years ago, but I have yet to hear back from him.

Hi

You need to send me a picture of exactly what you have and i'll look into it

Though to be honest it will takes ages to identify EVERY chip and i don't have them all

I need to see your board to see exactly what you need

Post a pic here
