I tried it with MacAranym and it goes to the setup screen. I can select the config file but it doesnt do anything.

After boot you have to setup the atari side according to step 7 with "Network Setup" (aka : Enick) located in "Setup" folder - folder with gears icon- on the desktop.
At the end reboot of Aranym and you will be connected to the NET.
You are at 5 min to complete your setup
