Is there any Gfa-Basic Library of BIOS/XBIOS/GEMDOS/VDI or AES Library written ?

There are no BIOS/XBIOS/GEMDOS libraries, because there is no need for such a library. Same with AES, though GFA FlyDials and faceVALUE make programming GEM apps much more easier.

isn't it included within the gfa editor?
if not I have an old one I used
which uses the intiin ptstout contrl memory blocks from gemdos bios xbios I caqn upload

Your statement is confusing. VDI arrays "intiin ptstout contrl" have nothing to do with "gemdos bios xbios".

There's a VDI listing floating around that can be found at devdocs, search for: VDI functions
It's a collection of bindings for some VDI calls not built into GFA. However, it's easy to write bindings with a good system reference manual.
