It has two floppy images. One can see what happens with "--trace os_base" (or "--trace gemdos").
When booting from the A image, the WWM.PRG is automatically started from the AUTO\ folder.
That program tries to load (non-existing) DRIVERS.DAT, and then it loops trying to load file named "F6" every time it plays the frog croak sound.
At this point it seems that user is supposed to insert disk B, as that's the only thing that gets game to proceed.
With disk B in drive A:, alligator in the title picture opens its eyes, messages start scrolling at the bottom of the screen and user can start the game.
If one wants to run the game e.g. from GEMDOS HD, one needs to copy both disk contents to the same directory so that the WWM.PRG finds the data files from the same drive. If it's run at boot from AUTO directory, files need to be in root directory, otherwise in the same directory with WWM.PRG.
