mount directory as harddisk?

Postby Gunstick » Fri Oct 23, 2009 12:04 am

Hi

are you planning (or is there somewhere hidden) a way of mounting a directory of the local PC (windows, mac, linux) as harddisk. Like steem does.
It's a bit cumbersome if I have downloaded an PRG and then want to run that on hatari. First need to copy it over to an image which I then mount in the emulator.

It's not hidden in any way. Just select Hard Disk from main menu (F12, at least on Mac), then select GEMDOS drive and use the folder you want. Just make sure that the filenames are 8+3 or the folders can't be opened.
