But this is Hatari section.
Problem is because of Hatari's inperfect emulation, for sure.
Btw. there was some talk about this issue recently - that 'disk change' detection in Hatari has some problems.
Try with search.

I had a quick look and it looks like the code decryption fails... that could be a tough one...

Seems like you've got to enable the "Slow FDC" option for this game. Then it also plays the "Welcome..." sample.
When the screen turns red, insert Dbug disk 25C, when the background turns white right afterwards, insert disk 25B again.
