Not so long ago Bandit posted in my "where to download st games" topic" saying basically he no longer has the time to continue with climatics, read the post here:
http://www.atari-forum.com/viewtopic.php?f=4&t=9151&p=199834#p199834

So I removed the link from my list given that it appears to now be forever gone :( maybe I should have left the dead link there with an explanation??

Of course if he does ever resurrect his great site, or if any other good relevant sites appear, let me know and I'll add them to the links

EDIT: I've reinstated Climatics to my list, with a link to the closure thread in question...

Good point SSB :)
Would be handy if someone started a sticky in the games section covering currently available torrents / rapidshares / FTPs??
I'm not volunteering BTW, I don't use torrents etc....

Made the thread sticky..it is a good idea. Climatics is one of the oldest sites I remember from the dark age of the WWW.

Around 1997/98 I got my first bunch of neverseen ST stuffs from there ;)

It took a few days to grab it all - but it's all come down. I've left it seeing for a few days afterwards.

Now I'm going to unpack it all, into 4 separate folders as that's how it came down (3 x 4.3gb and 1xremainder), then package them up and shove them onto the newsgroups. They'll be up there (for those with newsgroup access) for a few years that way.

I'll post the relevant NZB files in here once it's uploaded (no idea how long that will take though .. my upload speed isn't as good as my download) :)

I put it on my little homeserver (raspberry pi). here. Anonymous FTP is possible via port 2121 if you like. Don't expect anything fast cause limited bandwidth of 800kbit. better than nothing..

Thanx mate! Will start download tommorow.

Can i recreate old torrent (that no one seed) from this file or my only solution is to create new torrent?

@rudis i see that you have lot of atari stuff at Homerudi - i start leeching everything with mac os x "sitesucker" but i see that you remove all files. Why dont you ma torrent from your files?

Btw we really should have one ultimate atari archive site, well organized, for every atari releted file ;)

I try today and http://homerudi.no-ip.org is accessible :)

few weeks before - it wasn't.

do you have some FTP access to all this files? or even better - why don't you make torrents of this?

btw I ask in some other thread - "who is owner of http://homerudi.no-ip.org? :D so it is you :)

Hi everyone!

Signed up 'cos I'm trying to get hold of this content. The torrent appears to be dead now, and there are several missing posts from my news provider so I can't get it.

Is it available anywhere else? Any chance of a reseed?

cheers

Edit: I actually managed to find it. It's here in case anyone else wants it:
