Actually, thinking about it, I don't think the dat file will work. Since the whdload images are meant to run on amiga file systems which may have file names which aren't allowable under windows.
Just a thought....

It won't work for some of them that's true, but the % of pc illegal filenames is quite small.
There's around 1600 WHDLoad games in GB Amiga at present, and there's pnly roughly about 15-20 games with problematic filenames.

I repacked ALL files from the Gamebase Amiga V1.5, split them into 4 pieces and put them on edonkey.
It's a 0 Missing set.
It will be powershared until 6.Jan.2008.
So grab it NOW.
