Football Manager game..

does anyone have an image of a football manager game called "Soccer Management Simulator" or possibly Soccer Management Simulator 2? (SMS for short). I used to play it alot, but can't find it anywhere..
it was a shareware game as i remember sending off to get the full version.
it looked quite basoc as there was no graphics, and it ran in med resolution only.

i remember the demo version was the full game except the option to save had been disabled.. obviously thats not going to be much of a drawback through an emulator!
