Isn't that the original SatanDisk, or am I missing something? The 'Super' sort of implies that it's somehow better.
Mega STE, now solid state and quiet.

This is an original Satandisk without case. Whateever the Super implies, it certainly is not faster than the technical more advanced Ultrasatan. I personally would not pay 70€ for this these days. (I even think I payed for my original one with case a lot less)

http://afs.atari.org/satandisk.htm

What are difference between these two (original and ultra) and would you buy SatanDisk?

"it is faster than satandisk"
And it has two memory slots.

That is all??

The Ultrastan allows swapping of the 2 cards IIRC. Otherwise the "it is faster than the Satandisk" is what really counts. I only have the Satandisk and I saw the Ultrasatan in comparison at a few parties, it is a huuuuge difference.

oh, I see...

I currently use MegaFile30 so going for SatanDisk would be even slower... I just want to say that speed of MegaFile30 is acceptable but double slower...

I'll keep waiting for UltraSatan...

I was keen to get an UltraSatan when they first came out, but I have an internal IDE interface connected directly into the CPU socket / DMA bus. Going by what Ppera says on his IDE benchmarks, this is the fastest possible interface type you can have on an ST; I also have an ICD The Link 2 SCSI to compare it with as well.

I don't have any, as I used a SCSI-ASCI adapter on my STFM (or used to anyway... I don't use STFM nowadays).
