Steven, you really like to play Dizzy Wizard and Thai Boxing?
Ok, Dizzy Wizard, maybe, but Thai Boxing is definitely on my list of the worst commercial Atari ST games ever made.

Thanks a lot, and nice to see you're still around.
Yes, forget about Thai Boxing, it's really terrible, it deserves no special treatment. It was one of my first games. I didn't pay for that, it was pirated.

Hi Marcer! :)

Yeah, good suggestion.
This shouldn't be too hard to do.

I am new to the forum, but I would like to make a request here too. I use to own an Atari 2600/400/800/800XL & of course the Atari ST. Some of the games I particularly liked was Rainbow Walker and Necromancer on the older machines, and others such as Vanguard, Adventure & Circus Atari. I am surprised no one has requested the following game for the AtariST, possibly one of it's finest which was never released for the Amiga. So... I would like to make a request for...

Oids (FTL)

Many fond memories of that game. If at all possible I would also like to request,

Eliminator (Hewson)

I never did manage to finish either.

Thank you.
-Hillsy_-

PS: Thank you for the recent Gauntlet release. I remember playing it on the ST and the Atari 800XL.

Doesn't the Stacy have a monochrome display only?

Anyway, Christmas time is around the corner so let's see what Santa will have in store... :)

Er, it was a bit of a joke. Both those games are STe only. :)

Yes, onboard the STacy has a hi-res mono screen. However, Atari in its wisdom included an external
monitor port. So using one of these:

AV1-Product.gif

I can plug my STacy into one of the LCD monitors at work and play color games all night long. (er, that
is, when its slow... )

There are a couple of message threads covering mono games here - surprisingly, there are quite a few
mono games.

PS Its hard for me to play color games on my STacy without thinking about Alison. She's the one who made
the cable for me to use with that adapter. :(

PSS and thanks again for all your hard work on those patched games - awesome stuff! :D

At the moment, it's really sloooow at work here, so I get some extra time to work on my patches. Hope it will stay that way.

Never knew this one existed on the AtariST, thought it was only for the 800XL and PC. I would like to put a request for an oldie, for the oldie...:)

Karateka

Thank you,
Kind regards,
-Hillsy_-

PS: The disk version works, but the joystick doesn't; only the keyboard.

Hi Hillsy,

I added Karateka to the list.

IMO, the ST version is a step back from the 800XL, but might be worth doing anyway. :)

haha, can you do that? The ST version can't be that bad surely. I would love to see Necromancer on the AtariST :)

Hello Klaz,

I have one big wish: Test Drive II - The Duell (Porsche 959 vs. Ferrari F40) - best would be including the scenario disks and cars disk (european challenge and supercars)

Would be great if you could do anything!

Chris

PS: Lotus III including Amiga Mods would also be excellent!

I have the original game somewhere and loved it on the ST, but as far as I remeber it doesn´t work on Falcon... :(
