Way to ignore certain sub-forums (MiST)

Postby TheNameOfTheGame » Fri Jan 17, 2020 3:05 pm

Lately it seems a lot of the discussions on the board are MiSTer related. Today I logged in and saw these current topics:

13 of 20 active topics were MiST or MiSTer related. Having no interest in those platforms, it creates a lot of 'noise' when I am scanning the New posts.

Is there a way for a user to block topics from those forums from showing on the New posts page?

As an example, the MiST/MiSTer forums don't seem to show up at all in the 'Recent Topics' list.

I haven't found a clean obvious way for this. What I do is navigate into the subforums, click "mark all as read" and then I select the "Unread posts" option from the Quick menu.

Ah, thank you. I put the scripts from that thread into Violentmonkey and viola! It's like the good old days.
