That should happen automatically?
Assuming your Email address in your user profile is correct and your junk filter isn't purging the emails of course.

You get that option when you post, to be notified of updates...

ok, I check everything 
1. email address is correct: milan@kovac.cc
2. I do see my subscriptions in "user control panel > Manage subscriptions"
3. I check my spam folder and there is no notification emails from atari-forum
...
what else could be the problem?
how looks like notification email from atari-forum? who is sender and what is in subject?

The email comes from AdminTeam(at symbol)atari-forum(dotty)com and is titled "Topic reply notification - <thread name>"
