Problems with forum

I'm trying to add couple people on 'foe' list (what is usually called ignore list). But it allows me not, and says that I can not ignore administrators and moderators. Now, is cb something like that here? Don't see that he is...
Is here someone who can explain this, and maybe to fix the problem, error ?

CB is a member of the Atari Legend group on the forum which also means he's a moderator. Therefore you can't add him to your anti-friends list.

I'm sorry, i'm an inactive member who doesn't know all the history, but I do get the impression you hold on to too many of the things that annoy you! None of it really matters, does it?
