Postby Atari8Warez » Wed Oct 31, 2007 7:25 pm

Hi, is Atari Forum an ST only message board?. Will there ever be an Atari 8 bit discussion area?
Thanks

Hi there and welcome!

We have played with the idea on and off to start sections for 8-bit, Jaguar etc but for the moment this forum is primarily aimed at 16/32 atari computers and we have no immediate plans to change that. :)

Hello, yes I know Atariage and I am already a member there. Why not try 16/32 bit? good question, I guess the reason is I never owned 16/32 bit Ataris, my last Atari computer was (and still is) a 130XE. So the reason is lack of experience :-).

Hi Silver Surfer, thank you. I understand, when I've first seen the ATARI FORUM amblem I've just jumped-in thinking wow another nice Atari message board I guess without paying attention to the line "a forum about Atari 16/32 computers and clones". I hope you will perhaps add the 8 bit section one day as it feels good to see those computers still somewhat supported. Anyway thank you for the warm welcome...
