ResourceMaster by Ardisoft passed freeware

For those how havent noticied since 27 june ResourceMaster 3.65 (my favorite rsc tool )
from Armin Diedering/ARDISOFT passed freeware.

Dick2 (dialog box backgrounder) and Wheelan (mouse driver for Milan) are freeware too now.
