I think it's good there is a diagnosis, so at least you can plan and work with what you know.
My son is on the autism spectrum.
A diagnosis doesn't have to change anything, but it can be useful for help and to teach you more about you.
Life can be a struggle in general...even without a diagnosis of this sort. Is there support network on offer from the diagnosis? Every local authority is different but there is usually a route to specialists. Don't be shy in reaching out... You have a great gift in your work and ideas and it's been great seeing your designs and enthusiasm.
