Nova Falcon Drivers

Postby meltdown » Mon Oct 15, 2007 9:40 am

&Hi,

I'm in need of Nova Falcon graphic card drivers.
As in:
Menu.PRG
Emulator.PRG
STA-VDI.PRG
And the Bib files

The Mach64 type.
I'm getting the "drivers to old; message with the ones i have.
These drivers used to be downloadable on the net but lately all of them
vanished for some reason.
Who has some?

Thanks!

I used to have a Nova Mach64 on my Falcon many years ago, and I think I still have a backup stored on my Milan. Unfortunately my Milan is not online now (I've just moved and has not set up a network in my new house), and even though it has a floppy I don't have access to any computers that has a floppy AND is online...

I hope to get the Milan online in a few weeks.

Hi,

here are some Nova Falcon drivers.
Since my Nova is not in my falcon at the time, I am not able to test them.

I worked quite a bit on the Nova Falcon drivers about 2 years ago to make them work wit the CT60, before I found out, that the CT60 will not work with it for hardware reasons. It might be that the drivers I attached are NOT the original, but my modified drivers. In this case you would get messages like 'CT60-Nova' and debug messages, but I am pretty sure they will work anyway.

Keep me posted about the problem.

Wolfgang

If any more magically appear! I'm more than happy to find it a home! ;o)

That and a ct2! phantom! or CT666!

Are they easy to fit? it's not the card that needs a pci?

Thanks!

Ashley

You are welcome!

IMHO the Nova was the best graphic solution for ATARI. Unfortunately the CT60 doesn't work with Nova cards, but I hope that one day we will have the CTPCI as replacement.

Can you, in theory or practice uses the nova for demo and game productions?
Does Apex media use it?
more appropriately,
which software does support it?
