Bugger is simple FANTASTICS !!!

So much fun with 6 friends !

I need to ask someone from RG if they still have source code and if they are willing to release.
We would like to add some new gameplay to the game, we have some new great ideas :)

I've got the main man's email address (Mr Pink) and I'll send him the link to this page.

No promises, but I'm sure he'll appreciate the thought at least :-)

Since the last time, I've had a response from the main man, Mr Pink himself.

Hey Chris,

Fantastic to hear people are still playing bugger. It is a really great party game!
Unfortunately, I don't have easy access to much of my 90's codebase - basically all the Falcon stuff.
I started archiving and backing stuff online from Chu Chu Rocket onwards.
All the recent reservoir gods code (with examples) is now up on GitHub:

The GitHub link is provided below. He is still maintenance coding and updating tools. There are hints that other things may happen in the future, but it depends how that elusive commodity, free time, pans out.

https://github.com/ReservoirGods

So if people have got big ideas for 'Bugger!', they may either need to code a Frogger game from scratch, or test their code reverse engineering skills!

In would be nice if the Reservoir games keyboard input handling could be fixed.

From EmuTOS "incompatible.txt":
Program: Reservoir Gods games (Bugger, Bunion, SkyFall, Sworm)
--------------------------------------------------------------
Error: panic

Bug analysis:
Games use an undocumented TOS4 vector for keyboard input instead of
accessing kbdvec correctly. This causes EmuTOS to panic.

Workaround:
This can be worked around with the following hack.prg:
