small pmHexen, pmHeretic, pmDoom configuration info page

Hi! I've finished a small info page about running and configuring Patrice Mandins ports with all official wads that were released (I've tested all of them). I've also reworked configuration files/keymappings. pmHeretic and pmHexen are playable now (the original cfg files wasn't usable at all), and enabled jagpad B (with jagpad A there was some issues).

I'm at work right now so can't get to my Falcon to play with all this info, but I for
