Guess the Demo from the disc Picture

While going over old discs I came across this in my collection.
The disc has failed and it will not read and makes bad noises in the floppy drive now presumed dead
Or maybe its not

The disc was distributed in England and was a PD title, I recall this being a demo I liked or at least every time I see the disc I think, I remember liking that?

So from the picture of the disc can we Identify it

the picture is the logo of the PD company, all their disks looked like that.

Oh, any way from the code on the disc it can be identified ?

Could it be an Amiga disk?
That would explain the strange noises (all NBS-related webpages are from Amiga enthusiasts)
There was a catalog of those disks, but I can't find one online

No they did atari disks too. I had several Amiga and Atari disks from that pd library.

Was defiantly an Atari disk as it was part of my collection. are any of those online and possibly a catalogue of them which I can browse
