The track is called "Desert Rocks" from Turrican 2 by Jochen Hippel.

The version on that YouTube video is a poor emulation that doesn't get the digidrums right. It doesn't sound like it does on the real ST.

The music on the link below sounds like it should ;)

You could also download Creams JAM Player for windows and get the SNDH file from the SNDH archive.
