Well, Zero-X was easy to sort out, the program was there, just not where it was linked to! So I've moved the file rather than edit the link as it's an audio editor and I have the ST version of the program to upload soon :)

As for the others, there are 2 pages where they are linked, 1 page works, the other doesn't, so I'm going to look through the files on my machine and correct the none working links.

Now AtariSince1989, I need to get Donovan to make you an editor don't I...

Corrected the links for FDI Init and Matrix programs on the FDI Init page, both places where the software is linked are now working properly.

Hello,

Good to see that AMN is online again. I've tried to login but everytime I want to reply or check my direct messages on the forum, I'm trown out again. This happens everytime. I've re-registred under another name and the same happens.

Anyone an idea what has happened?

Kind regardz,

Joz (used to be very active on AMN.)

Right, as I type I'm on the site and this is unusual, I think that the problem is local to your machine and its cookies for AMN.

I also say that as another user had a similar problem and clearing the browser cache and old cookies solved his issue.

I'll also re-activate your account, as your also a forum moderator there you should be able to log in fine, and I'd also try logging in from the front page as well. There are a lot of interconnecting bits to the site, which has made troubleshooting difficult at times, but so far, clearing the browser history and cookies has solved the issue.

Waxjoz, which browser do you use? I have found weird behaviours like the one you described, when using Firefox or Chrome. With IE works.
- Atari 520 STe 4MB RAM + TOS 2.06 + UltraSatan
- Atari Falcon030 14MB RAM + TOS 4.04 + IDE-SD card HDD + NVRAM mod + SCSI buffer clock mod + EtherNEC
- Amstrad CPC 6128 + HxC USB Floppy Emulator
- Acorn A3010 4MB RAM + 40MB IDE HDD

Chrome IMHO is better than IE... so are you sure?
 you can also use the IE plugin for chrome and "switch" to IE when Chrome misbehave on a particular site.

Currently the site is edited and maintained on my old PowerBook titanium, running both tiger and os9.2.2. It's tested with both firefox and safari on the mac and checked again at work with both Internet exploder and firefox with the odd dabble on chrome.

Personally I have had the same issue with being logged out after logging in, and usually clearing the browser cache sorts put the issue. On one occasion though I've had to use onyx to do a thorough cleanup on my dev machine, but this was when it was acting up on just about every web site I tried to access and was in the end down to my own stupidity editing things I shouldn't when under the influence of vodka.

The various modules and interconnections through the databases makes this a difficult site to troubleshoot so on occasion it does act up when things like stored cookies and the browser cache get quite large, an this is something I will be looking into when I get a bit more free time.

The latest version of the MIDI add-on board fits nicely into the MISTs case. So the resulting machine is now a useful replacement for dying MIDI Ataris:

The setup there runs from SD card being used as a harddisk. The system is running in Mega STE compatible mode and has 14MB ST ram (dunno if cubase needs much ram). It's directly connected to a Korg AG-10.
