I have a MF30 with a dead drive. I have a working unit I tested with. So I know that Atari parts are working.
I'd like to kind of stay retro with a spinning drive. But do not want to overdraw the hobby bank. I have read that there are 'host adapters' that might work with IDE drives. But I'm not quite sure what to search for that will work for Atari.
I heard on the Antic podcast that there is a MFM emulator to CF or SD, but I can't find it in a Google search.
