Yes. Just to note that some laptops when in suspend mode don't provide power on their USB ports.

Another update.

I've just fixed my SCSIDRV and tested ExtenDOS 4.06 using a Philips USB DVD drive and read a UNIX CDROM - it works :-)

Just a few more bug fixes and then a beta release will be imminent.

Awesome work! Not sure if you have any left, but put me down for one if you do. If you don't - put me down for a future run if numbers are large enough.

You are a credit to the community! I am surprised how active the ST hardware scene is these days :O

USB Card Readers need a little bit more work, but if they're hotplugged with a card installed it works. But to change cards, you'd currently need to unplug the entire card reader.

USB Hard Drives work just as USB Sticks, so they're fine, providing you are sufficiently powering the hard drive.

I have the top one, which is a Rev B.1 which is what I know works fine.

Another user reported the black one works too.

But there are only FreeMiNT drivers for this USB ethernet device at this time.

I would like to have the TOS Drivers quickly, so I ask not for a STING Driver for the Ethernet Adapter ... ;-D

This is a BETA release of the TOS USB core API, storage, mouse and Unicorn hardware drivers.

Please read the README.USB before using this software.

I'll create a webpage at some point which has more information and future updates.

Have fun, and let me know how things go.

It's 50GBP + P&P. I'm taking pre-orders for another batch at this time. Got 4 or 5 at the moment.

Yeah - thanks for the drivers! First test works great.
Configuration:
1040STE with Ultrasatan and HDdriver, USB 2.0 Hub, USB Mouse, USB Stick (only 65 MB cause I have no bigger one at the moment :-) )
USB Stick partitioned with HDDRIVER 9.0 as TOS/Windows compatible - that's really cool for transfering software :-)

Tested a older 2.0 cardreader (Hama 9in1) which didn't work at all. A newer card reader (also Hama) with slots for SD and Micro-SD cards is working with SD-Cards but not with Micro-SD Cards.
One strange thing happend: Yesterday I disconnected alla and reconneted it - but I can't get the Ultrasatan working anymore together with the UNICORN. The Ultrasatan isn't recognized anymore...
Ultrasatan alone is no problem - I have changed the firmware to 1.20 bit that's not better - strange... ;-)

The default ACSI ID of the Unicorn is 1, and should be disabled from use in HDDRIVER.

Make sure your UltraSatan isn't using ID 1.

Also devices have to have USB 1.1 compatibility or else they won't be recognized.

As the Unicorn isn't bootable maybe it is better to set it as ACSI 2 or higher because US usually uses 0 and 1, right?

The Unicorn can have it's ID changed via a jumper on the board, but the current BETA drivers are hardcoded for ID 1.

The UltraSatan's ID can also be changed, but via software configuration.
