webradio on falcon

Hello,

I try to play some webradios on my CT60 Falcon. However without success.
I use Falcamp under mint. It can play the M3U files, but ather a while the buffer runs low, and Falcamp locks.
I use mintnet, and gluestik.
- Are some people out there with more succes ?
- Is there another program I can use ?
I don't know if aniplayer can handle webradio ?

I couldn't overcome the buffering issue with 128kbps radio either when using falcamp. This is in mint and in TOS with a netusbee and a 14mb 030 falcon. Now with the 060 it will stream OK in mint.

Did you adjust some settings in mint ?
And what version of mint are you using ? I use 16.1

I made no setting adjustments in mint. I guess the power of the 060 multi-tasking nature of mint is enough to help the slow netusbee supply data to the DSP to decode without buffering.

I'm using vanillamint 1-19-cur

I gather FalcAmp has always been Falcon specific because it used the DSP.

Could it be made more general for 060 users or wouldit be too much for the cpu ?
