That's because the anonymous access is only available between midnight and 8am UK time. To avoid this, and offer a 24/7 service, recently (just a week ago) I created a new website at https://sites.google.com/site/stessential/ The files are available there too, so at any time of the day anybody can download the files in The List.

Draconis ( WENSuite ) quite old but might work
