MSX core

I'm in process of porting MSX core.

Since i'm not familiar with MSX and its software i need some help.

1) I need game which uses PCM sound
2) I need game/app which uses interlaced video mode

For SCC there is a version of Knightmare that support it. It is in the "starter pack" that I made for the MiST long ago:

music in Knightmare works fine, but doesn't look like PCM. It looks like OPLL.

Note: This is the first core requiring a secondary SD card. So either you need I/O board v5.x or make your own breakout SD board according to I/O board 5.x schematic.

May be later i will add support the loading from primary SD card (from images), but no ETA yet.

Core requires SDRAM board as well.

I'm curious about whether the ZPUFlex was removed from this core, and replaced with the standard menu? I guess it's still there otherwise the porting work would be much harder?

No ZPU in this core. The version with ZPU was a separate branch for MiST and few other boards. It had no SDHC support.
The version i've ported is more advanced and newer. With SDHC support.
