The .mgt file in the zip is actually an (e)dsk file. You can try to convert it to a "real" .mgt via the SamDisk utility.

Well, disk converted to MGT (Although core reads also DSK). It boots on Simcoupe emulator. But NO DOS error appears on the core

Is it possible there is no DOS on the disk? Sim Coupé does a thing where you can boot unbootable disks. It has the DOS built in, in that scenario.

Try this:

1. Start the MiST core.
2. Hit Return to clear the screen with the coloured bars.
3. Insert a known working disk image with a DOS on it.
4. Type: BOOT 1
5. Eject the disk and insert the disk you're trying to boot.
6. Type: BOOT

If that doesn't work, maybe do a: DIR 1

At that point to see if there are actually usable files on the disk.
