I know the website.
But does anyone going to parties and such hear of any timeline when it will be available.
Also there is no price of the hardware, or estimated price.

Well I guess their is no timeline much like the ACP project. It will come when it comes, but it seems very close now as full VGA compatibility is now implemented.

For the price you need to register your interest on the website, this then brings up 2 possible prices.

Ok.... I totally understand the part about no timeline.
It seems that us Atari users are immune to this type of product delivery schedule

About the price.... 8O it's more expensive that a CTPCI + video card.

Yes it is more expensive.

But with it comes (from what the developers have said) full compatibility with the original VIDEL. Including the ability to run old games and demos, plus have super high rez desktop with 24bit colour and a programmable FPGA which can be expanded to just about any need the 'scene' may want. Speaking of which this is going to be used to support a 10/100 LAN interface.

Plus with the possibility of the CT60 extender board it should all fit inside a standard Falcon case.

For me it's more 'true' to what the Falcon is, it is after all a 'SuperVIDEL'.

My concerns are really about the Atari scene in general and how fragmented it is. There is no real feeling of everyone pulling in the same direction to get stuff done, why are there 2 graphics cards projects for a rare and limited user base? Why is there XaAES and MyAES, surely the joint efforts of both developers on one solution would be far better for MINT? That's just a couple of the things I have noticed.

The user base is getting smaller so it should be easier to get communication around those that are left.

Every one wants to do something their own way.
Not only in Atari scene but also at the office...
