Re: Spec core with ZXMMC+

Here is step by step: 1) press reset (don't press any key of mouse). 2) load the game 3) press the right button of mouse (there won't be any reaction from game) 4) press the left button - game will start. And you will have correct button mapping. Yes, you are right. It seems that I clicked mouse to...

Re: Spec core with ZXMMC+

Sorgelig, thank you for great work with Sam Coupe and ZX Spectrum cores.

I found that some interesting ULA+ games have support for mouse: http://abrimaal.pro-e.pl/zx/ulaplus.htm

It might be interesting to have mouse support in ZX Spectrum core like Sam Coupe core has.

vebxenon wrote:If I select 128 video my monitor says "Excessive frequency", so I always use 48 video... :S Do you have the same problem?

On my monitor too, because it supports 50Hz and more. It says 48K - 50Hz, 128K - 49.3Hz, Pentagon 48.8Hz.
Maybe reason is that core is cycle accurate.

Re: Spec core with ZXMMC+

I must say that I am also impressed with updates to this core. Loading TAP files from OSD is fanstastic. It is not big deal today to load game in second or two, but watching how game loading screens are slowly appearing, reminds me when I was kid. Thanks Sorgelig.

Re: USB controllers

I fully understand , the good thing is that most of the simple low-cost controller works. There are plenty of possibilities, i found on http://www.raphnet-tech.com/ some interesting adapters, like single gamecube adapter, or Wiimote to usb adapter which may works with genuine Nintendo Snes classic c...

Re: USB controllers

I tried today all my controllers and here is information about which work and which do not: Logitech(R) Precision(TM) Gamepad Buttons 1-8 works as expected, buttons 9 and 10 do not. Almost the same as Play SEGA controller, 4 bytes of information, but on Logitech controller button 1 work. precision-g...

Re: USB controllers

I was curious, and was found a sniffer and little analyzed packets sent from gamepad. Gamepad is sending 4 bytes of information. First two are xy, the third is for buttons 1-8, and the fourth is for button 9.

Re: USB controllers

I purchased Play SEGA controllers which are cheap and solid, but i found strange problem with mapping keys. Windows recognize buttons as on picture: playsega.jpg but MIST recognizes button 9 as button 1, and there is no way to use button 1 on controller. All other buttons works as expected. Any idea?
