If you read the ejp faq there is actually a way but it is probably not supported by either cosmosex or r0x zero.

Yeah there is. There are a couple of projects that use an arduino to convert an atari kbd to a hid device.

Re: Atari Falcon 030 / 060 (with CT60e 512MB, CF, ScreenBlaster) - CT60, CT63, CT60e

I have always been wondering - where those people (buyers) go then? We've seen so many ridiculously overpriced Falcons sold over the past few years but not so many additions to our user (god forbid coder) base. Do they really just put them on the shelf? Yeah. That is exactly what they do. A shelf, ...

Re: What can I actually do with this thing?

I am now able to compare the Falcon to the Mega STE for general computing... and there is no comparison on how much snappier and usable the falcon is (which makes sense). I've had friends with 286's and 386's at the time and I didn't miss anything apart from all the cool adventures..

Check the mint.cnf file. There should be a reference to a:\mint there. This is translated to unix dir structure by mint. Anyway, i d start with vanillamint and build from that.

Ebay advertising accounts

Hi,
I've noticed that some users use this forum only to advertise their ebay auctions. It kind of annoys me for the forum to be used this way. I am not against posting ebay links, but I prefer it if it comes from members of the community and not traders. Do others feel the same way?

Re: Nostalgia Nerd - Atari Falcon video

anyway, I completely agree with Penguin-e! If you look at https://www.atariuptodate.de/en/office/ there are bunch of specialized software. If you look at Amiga users, I get felling that Amiga had nothing except games, nothing that can compare to Signum, STad, DynaCADD, Technobox, STeve, ProText (Ge...

Re: RARE VINTAGE ATARI 520 STFM COMPUTER

In Spain there is a very appropriate saying: "Water that you will not drink, let it run". Each seller has the same freedom to put a price on their items, and the buyer has the freedom for to accept it or not accept it. The Atari scene is full of contrasts, there are also new devices that ...

So quick question, will the mste work without the -5V? Because I just want to check whether my MSTE's problems are due to the psu and I don't want to spend 40+ euros for that.

Just to let you know I've just run this tool and I love it. It's very fast on my mste. BTW, how do you measure speed? It doesn't show it anywhere.

going by the network tab on firefox, I get:48kb/s on 8-Mhz and 73Kb/s on 16MHz + cache.

PS2 joypad to Atari ST joystick and mouse converter projects

Hi, if you like take a look at my two projects to connect a playstation 2 controller as an Atari ST joystick or mouse. Both projects work on my system and it was fun doing them. I also learned quite a bit about how the Atari joystick and mouse works and I have to say that they are both ingenious in ...
