Re: The Atari ST (and others) and the Creative People

Whether this is good news or bad news, I leave up to you.

Having receiced Marco's email about the backgrounds of the new kickstarter, I think investing money in a good translation is good news (although I didn't really mind the translation of volume 1).

Re: The Atari ST (and others) and the Creative People

I wrote a German review about the Thalion section of the book. I enjoyed the book and decided not to mention the negative aspects of the book in my review. They only lowered my appreciation for the book and are not relevant for other readers: #1: Pictures & texts of my website were used with per...

Re: GIGA-ST by TEX

What kind of improvements are there? ST News Volume 5 Issue 2: At the Coding Convention, we also hope to get our hands on a new version of the ST TOS (TOS 1.7) that was made by TEX, TNT Crew and Level 16. It is very good, all Atari patches have been included and many more things have been added tha...

GIGA-ST by TEX

Just found a small report in German ST-Magazin 12/89 about a customized Atari ST by TEX:

GIGA-ST.jpg

I'd guess it ran TEX-TOS 1.7:

Re: Looking for "Melmak" ACC for FM Melody Maker from Hybrid Arts

According to this source , Hybrid Arts have developed software which allows you to play and edit the sounds of the budget FM Melody Maker cartridge for the Atari ST from within their EZTrack Plus entry-level sequencer: the Melmak software comes free with the sequencer . I would give issue 11/90 of T...

ES of TEX informed me about the passing away of -ME- of TEX in the night before sunday, October 23rd 2016. Udo had been diagnosed with brain tumor last April. You could use services like Sound Drain to download music from SoundCloud.

@Sturm: As I already discovered your remix two years ago, it's kind of old news for me. Any chance for another Hippel remix in the near future?

The playing sound part can't be dumped, but maybe the dongle part may, in case there was fancy data to read on the cartridge. Can somebody help? I found the cartridge d...

Did anybody download the remix?

The link is dead, Xelebes was online in 2005 for the last time and his email address at Hotmail, which I found online, is not valid anylonger :-).

I searched the web but couldn't find it anywhere else. A reupload would be appreciated.
