Re: CosmosEX 3.0

Please post an update. Have any of them shipped yet? Where are you in the shipping order? It would be nice to see the progress of people getting their orders.

Thanks spiny. The MSTe keyboard is a darker color, but very similar to the TT keyboard.

Re: FOR SALE: MEGA STE Keyboard

I was told by someone at B&C (forgot his name) that some early MSTEs were shipped with the Mega ST Keyboards. This is a Mega ST keyboard, but could very well have been shipped with a Mega STe. So I will wait for later style of the MSTE Keyboard.

Re: Hardware Project: Is this even possible?

… All gfx solutions for ST(E) are old and hard to find today, and if you manage to put your hands on one, you are pretty much alone with it, which I think is a turnoff for many.... I have to agree with this. There does need to be a new solution. So if anyone goes after a new gfx card, please includ...

Re: Hardware Project: Is this even possible?

Thanks for the feedback, guys. I can see that some of the items may not work through VME. It was a huge wish list. But the main purpose was to try to combine some of the items that get installed the same way, i.e. 'remove processor, install board, replace processor' . In this instance it would be ni...

Re: Dust cover for Atari.

I have the dust cover for a Falcon from Best. Sorry no pics at the moment.

I also have 5 STs (TT030, MSTE, 2 Mega 4s and a 1040STFM) set up on a very long table. I use two bed sheets to cover those. Cool thing about the bed sheets is that they keep dust off of the table too.

Hardware Project: Is this even possible?

There have been lots of hardware projects in the past that add great things to our STs, but I always felt they did not go far enough. Or it has been like: you can have this one, but because you chose that you cannot have this one. So you have to choose between great items and are not able to take ad...

Re: WTB: Atari Floppy Power Supply (US, Male Connection)

I got home yesterday and found that this idea will not work.

The female power connector on the drive has 7 positions, not 5.

Now to check into possibly changing out the connector on the drive to fit a 5 position Male connector. That is if I cannot find the power supply I need for it.

Re: WTB: Atari Floppy Power Supply (US, Male Connection)

I know nothing about these power supplies. Do the male and female versions of the power supplies deliver the same power over the same pins? In other words can I use a gender changer to make a female power supply a male and then would that work on a female Floppy Drive? Or are they not basically the ...

WTB: Atari Floppy Power Supply (US, Male Connection)

I would like to buy a working US floppy power supply for the SF354 or the SF314. There are two versions of this power supply. I am looking for one where the drive connector is male on the power supply (the pins on the power supply connector go into the holes on the drive connector). I am in Californ...

Re: uip-tool

I for one really appreciate this tool. I have a desk that has both a PC and a Falcon on it. The desk has a keyboard drawer for the PC mouse and Key board. The Falcon sets on top over that drawer. Two monitors. One right in front for the Falcon and one to the side for the PC. Rarely does one have meg...

Re: Someone has open sourced an STM/STF Blitter/TOS 2.0 and IDE expansion board

With this device and the Lightning ST, it occurs to me: "Why not build a similar device that has it all?"

1. IDE
2. True USB
3. TOS 2
4. Blitter
5. FPU
6. RAM upgrade
7. Micro SD built in
