Re: [Atari 800 core] Mark Watson's new site

There is a second button map bug in this core, because the second button of first joypad is mapped to the second joypad.
The buttons of second joypad work correctly if I select "no" to joy swap option in the menu.

Please may you check Slingshot ?

Re: [Atari 800 core] Mark Watson's new site

Second button is not emulated, but Atari 5200 games, like Moon Patrol, use two different buttons.

May you fix core Slingshot ? Thanks for this great MiSTer port

No Scart, no YPbPr.

No problem, VGA works, but I'm not a great gameboy fan :)

:D
I meant to say that the Core does not go via Scart RGB or YPbPr cable.

Re: PCEngine core issues with roms?

Done, but in this way I can't save the swap joypad option, and the default joypad isn't active starting the core. So, I have to manually make it everytime I launch the core.

Re: New core: Gameboy

New core works only on VGA (800 x 600 @ 60Hz). Seems good but some games do not work.
The screen is big, I think it may use a window instead, like some PC emulators.

That works, but when I save the joystick swap option it saves the "6 button enable" bottom option instead.

Re: PCEngine core issues with roms?

Latest core https://github.com/gyurco/FPGAPCE/releases/tag/190214 has graphic problems on 1941 title screen.
Also saving some options in menù do not acts properly.

Previous core is good.

Re: FPGA64 - C64

Tested new C16 and C64 core with Kernal rom option. Use always the C16.ROM and C64.ROM in the root so the cores start in Jiffy mode as standard, but I put the jiffyDOS and original Kernals for both systems in their respective dirs, so I can switch between original and jiffy kernals when a game or pr...

Re: FPGA64 - C64

JiffyDOS gives some little compatibility problems on C64, more on C16/Plus4.
Best use another game disk version than the Blast compilation. I prefer jiffy for loading speed.

But I ask if may is it possible to add an option on the core menu to prevent c64.rom file loading.

Re: [Solved] MiST Hardware Revisions? MSX-Core-Problem

Some basic loaders before the language machine parts have at the beginning of the the basic program usually a POKE -1,170 or POKE -1,255. First is refered to those MSX2 or some models of VG8020 (20/40) of Philips Computer. The second POKE works on Sony MSX2. You have to load the basic program with L...

Tested this new versione and the Great Giana Sisters Intro bug seems doesn't manifest anymore.

So, thank you Slingshot for this correction to this fantastic core !
