Re: ct60 with a pico psu - startup problematic

Not sure what type of switch you are using, but you need a 'normally open' switch. So when you press it, it bridges the contact, then re-opens. Perhaps you are using a toggle switch or something.

Re: CF cards partioning for TT with Storm-card

You should have received a manual with the HD driver you purchased which explains everything. But from what I know, you cannot have a bootable Tos partition with windows byte swapping enabled. So you can't really use your IDE interface in this way. You can set up a CF card entirely to be swappable, ...

Re: Exist any Intel x86 port of Atari TOS?

That was quite interesting reading. It seems that if digital research had won the lawsuit vs apple we may have been using Gem instead of Windows today. It's a shame since the concept and understanding of GUIs were so new back then, basic things like drop down menus could be patented, which today is ...

Your problem seems very similar to this guys Falcon too:

The Acia clock port would have to be rerouted to a separate 500khz. Same as the Phantom accelerator in a Falcon.

Re: NetUSBee USB drivers download

Just a heads up to people trying to get this to work! 1. Check the readme to make sure you sort the auto programs in the correct order and 2. flash drive support is VERY picky, I had to try 4 different types of USB stick before it worked, and when taking into account that you have to partition them ...

Re: Question on using Atari St in Modern age

You'll be able to find all the originals as online downloads due to their age, then transfer to an sd card if you buy an ultra satan or a hxc floppy emulator. The box sets, if you're not that attached to them, I would put on eBay or sell directly in this forum as I am sure there are Atari game colle...

Re: TT and Ultrasatan

Hello, I search but I don’t find an answer. It is possible to use Ultrasatan to replace the scsi HD? My HD is broken so I want to boot on the Ultrasatan. What sort of cable I need to connect it to the TT (inside the TT)? Thank you You ask for scsi so you're getting a lot of scsi solutions, but you ...

Re: Games fronted for ST

The thing that annoys me about our Atari systems is how if we want to run a nice OS like mint or magic, we can't boot games. Where as Amigas have a much more capable stock OS that games can be run from. If there was a game booter menu that could solve this problem then I think it would be worth it.

Re: Can somebody compile a Netsurf that works with 256 colours?

Could you tell me the videlity settings for this please? IMG_1508.JPG XBoot allows for some limited scripting, so you can set it up to copy across the correct xaaes video settings for the desired colour depth. You could also do the same with videlity.inf if you wanted to have a selection of resolut...

Re: Can somebody compile a Netsurf that works with 256 colours?

If you're happy with 256 colour then 1536x1008 is a nice mode. It fills the screen and aspect ratio is correct. 1536x1008.JPG Being able to run NetSurf is a bit of a luxury so I don't mind at all that my computer's TC modes look a little stretched. :) Could you tell me the videlity settings for thi...

Re: Modern multisync monitors?

I have a Dell U2410. It's fantastic. I'm able to push 1344x1008x256 or 960x688 True Colour, all without SuperVidel and if you spend enough time tuning your video modes there is no waiting for sync or autoadjustment needed. In fact I'm writing this post on my Falcon right now in Netsurf. My sticker ...

Yeah the monitor won't force it to 4:3 as it is a non standard res. There may be a way around it so I'm talking to Sety about it :)
