Re: It's no more a MiSTery

I noticed big difference in loading time. In latest Mist core it loads in 25s, but in any MiSTery core it loads in about 2m30s. Is it slow on hard disk? I investigated little more. I put it on HDD image for test and it reads fast. I never used HDD fixed games on HDD, instead I copied files to empty...

Re: It's no more a MiSTery

I occasionally play Shufflepuck Cafe from http://www.8bitchip.info/atari/SCRSH/shufps.html . I noticed big difference in loading time. In latest Mist core it loads in 25s, but in any MiSTery core it loads in about 2m30s. Cores are on the same SD card, TOS1.02, chipset ST, blitter off, same setup, sa...

There are some TZXes which contains blocks like loops and calls, they're not supported, but hopefully the majority of them will work.

Re: Genesis / Megadrive core ported to MiST

I think I found the problem with Alien 3, I wonder how can it work on the hardware without freezing it. New release uploaded! - Has the new cycle-perfect FX68k CPU from ijor. Worth to watch the Titan demos again. - Has jt12 0.52 for exciting music from jotego. - Lot of small bug fixes, probably som...

Great work Sorgelig!
I have two noobie questions, what is the maximum clock MC68000 based cores (Atari ST, Amiga) can achieve, and second what is largest x86 CPU architecture can be fitted into fpga?

Yes, by provided software with mouse. It can be set from 50 DPI.
Only on small number of the gaming mice DPI can be set very low.

Gaming mouse with low DPI adjustment will work fine.
I have https://www.asus.com/us/ROG-Republic-Of-Gamers/ROG_Sica/ with DPI set to 150 DPI and it works perfect.

Re: MiST Atari ST settings

Since this has come up before, how do you define look and feel? Hatari and other emulators are excellent pieces of software, and I used them for years. What I like about Mist is a kind of simplicity that reminds me of the Atari. Instead of having multiple floppy disks, now i have couple of SD cards...

I am using DynaCadd on Mist and it works excellent in steroids mode (~48MHz) on 1280x1024 monitor. Even, i can save files directly to the SD card.
Look and feel for me is better than on any emulator i tried before.

On windows only first partition is accessible on SD card.

Data on another partition can be extracted with this utility: http://atari.8bitchip.info/drimus.php

Does anyone know how to remove some partitions from SD card?
