Re: Smally USB Mouse Adapter ...

joska wrote:No, it's not possible. This adapter - and any other adapter that connects to the mouse port - can only support the same features as Atari mice. To support wheel etc you must be able to generate the new IKBD packets for this, only an IKBD device like Eiffel can do that.

Re: MicroCosmos - ICD - HDUTIL issues

I have a Mega STE and a MicroCosmo. I tried partitioning an SD with a copy of ICD 6.5.5. on the A Floppy that I loaded off of Jookie's site. Couldn't format the drive without running ICDBoot first (It should be running already if the floppy is in the drive no?) After partitioning the drive I tried ...

Re: Daimakaimura (Ghouls 'n Ghosts) for the Atari STE

The main performance problem now is that the original code does not have to care about any speed limitations when it wants to display more sprites while maintaining a stable 60 Hz frame rate. They have even the time to animate the background tiles. So in conclusion the 12 MHz MC68000 CPU is challen...

Amiga TFMX "The Final Musicsystem eXtended" was coded by Chris, Peter Thierolf and Jochen Hippel. Is that true? I mean MM formats on the Amiga are known as HIP, HIPC and HIP7V. Are these TFMX derivatives? Or vice versa? I'm not an expert, but I do remember some things from when I was in t...

Not so much what it stands for. But why does it say it? TFMX is widely considered to be a Chris Huelsbeck format no? Amiga TFMX "The Final Musicsystem eXtended" was coded by Chris, Peter Thierolf and Jochen Hippel. Jochen helped with 7voices routine in Amiga TFMX. And Chris and Jochen are...
