Re: Oric Atmos core

I'm sad for reading that. I really appreciate your work. Lotharek still has MiST boards available and he can repair them. And there are some clones. On the main MiST community, on Facebook, which Gehstock left days ago, this new core has got a lot of interest (I put the news there), and people wants...

Re: Commodore 16/Plus4 Core By Gehstock

Hello, does D64 disk files work with this core version?

I've tried it today, and I'm unable to run any disk, just PRG.

https://github.com/Gehstock/Mist_FPGA/t ... ST/Release

I've tested the c16_mist(PAL).rbf one.

Re: Vectrex vhdl

Well, I've tested again last version. Core is OK, games are OK, but using pad or joystick no button works. Just only the control, so I must play or using pad and controls with keyboard or keyboard only. I've tested three different pads.

Re: Vectrex vhdl

Perhaps it's because the Vectrex was not so popular and marketed only in small quantity (no one knows exactly, but certainly under 500000 pieces were sold, see details here: http://atariage.com/forums/topic/59575-vectrex-numbers/ ). Only a few people owned this console, and have nostalgic memories ...

Gehstock, again, no posts about this in the most active community of MiST: The Facebook group. I'll post it there. Well, three, four, five... People helping you with a core of a unpopular machine, Vectrex is not Mega Drive, but well, always you find our help here. Quantity is not relevant. A core th...

The modded core seems to be defective: the title screen is corrupted, and cannot start any ROMs I tried (i.e. Frogger, which works great with previous release).

Re: Vectrex vhdl

Will try it again as soon as I get home, perhaps the problem is with my SD card, or the file corrupted during the copy process. Did anyone else test the new core? Re: Genesis / Megadrive core ported to MiST

I think the online manual is clear, just follow it step-by-step as described in the 'Tutorial - creating your own mappings' part. The only problem may be that some devices are not 100% recognized, i.e. in case of my Genius MaxFighter F-16U joy some analogue directions are not working. But besides t...

I've bought a Mega Drive like USB pad, but button layout is weird, A, B, Y and X to start. Can I remap the buttons?
