Is it not possible to connect the fan on the same CT60e board? I mean gnd and +5v lines. Or is it too risky?

So, it is multisync and you can swap from colour to monochrome mode, right? It looks great because it plugs directly on the monitor connector.

Re: Falcon030 RTC with external battery

My curse goes on! So I think I figured out at least why it wasn't working previously, it definitely wasn't in all the way, when I pulled out the original battery one of the pins was stuck in the the whole so the socket wasn't really connecting. I finally got all the pins cleared, but after removing...

Re: Falcon030 RTC with external battery

The NVRAM setup is a little bit tricky...I don't remember which version of bootconf I used but I remember giving me some problems at the beginning until I found the right version...Could it be 2.0? You can also test the NVRAM socket pins with a tester to find out if you have broken any path...but un...

Re: Test Crazy Dots Card

Just in case it is useful for other people: Crazy Dots...easy (after a year trying it  ). I have just configured mine. You have to install NVDI 5, pick ET4000 and at the end copy NVDIVGA.INF from here: http://www.mr2.net/marknias/atari_tt030.html to the Auto folder. Before restarting the TT, it...

TOS 3.06UK

My Auto folder files order:

1 redirect.prg
2 nvdi.prg
3 wdialog.prg
4 slct_dev.prg
5 nvdivga.inf

It shows a blank screen, then blinks, and again a blank screen. My monitor is a NEC 1970NXp, so it shouldn't be a problem.... :(

Re: Mega STE and floppy drives

There is nothing special to do...just the pos 7 in the switch+gal+ajax chip. If you installed a 720KB DD I suppose you turned off the 7th position on the switch, right?

Take a look on the FDD data and power cable ...

Re: Booster 020 by Jean Conter

The Booster020 works fine with a blitter. I have two 020's and tested in 5 individual MegaST boards. These are of various revisions, 1MB, 2MB, 4MB with different chips. Also with IMP chips. Maybe the combination with 16Mhz is not ok for the blitter? And not all CPU's work fine. Out of 6, I only had...
