It's actually a lot longer than 2 seconds, more along the lines of
30 seconds or more maybe? Been awhile since I actually timed
one. :)

Re: My new, compact Atari -> VGA adapter.

Yepp. And I have *many* of them on my desk as of now. Just missing potentiometers. Been waiting for them for ages now. At least four weeks. They are marked to turn up by Wednesday, was hoping for this week.. Awesome. :) Figured the reason for the delay was something like that. Keep up the good work...

Usually, if there is no disk drive connected to an ST, TOS searches for
the floppy drive much longer than 2 seconds...

Happy birthday and I'm glad that your family goes the distance for you!

I was born on Christmas Eve. I get this every year, "well, since your
birthday is so close to Christmas, we got you -1- gift for both', non
Atari stuff of course.

Re: How many Falcons were sold?

Haven't heard much from him lately, but "Phantom", Barry Shortridge,
lives at Mouthcard?, Kentucky, if I recall correctly. I actually bought the
base model STacy from him that that I used for all my Pak 68/3 stuff. :)

Re: How many Falcons were sold?

Over the course of the last some 16-years, I've never met another person in my entire life, by chance, who owned or owns a Falcon or even ST for that matter. Granted, I'm in a cornfield of a state in Indiana but still. I drove 60+ miles one weekend to meet-up with a group of older gentlemen who use...

Re: Nemesis accelerator wiring/diagram

Reminds me of what I just went through with my '06 Trailblazer. It had that high pitched whine you usually associate with it being low on power steering fluid. (I just got this vehicle from my son and his wife, who wanted to get rid of it for a new Mazda MX5 and I needed a 4WD so...) So...checked th...

Ditto. I had technical difficulties (Suddenlink should be renamed to SuddenDeath)
and was unable to get online for the whole day. Needless to say, all were sold out
when I did finally get back online. So frustrating. :(

Guess I'll hope/wait for another batch... /sigh....

Yea, that got me the first time as well. For some unknown reason, I kept wastinm to load the zero file to the left. Okay, I've been around these parts for quite some time and I hope everyone knows me well enough by now to realize that if Jason can't get the board to work at the end of the day, I will take it back and refund his money. There's an awful lot of interest in them and a lot of hungry Falcon owners who
would love to expand so I sincerely hope someone does a run, sooner or later.

Just letting everyone know. This item has sold now.

The final winning bid was $810.00.

Wish I'd bought a dozen back when they were released. :)
