Re: SoundPool Audio Tracker

Just an FYI, I've had a few requests for 2.01 via PM and I've sent a replies back via PM for those who didn't give me an email address. No problem, except these PMs are still in my outbox, not in my sent items, so I don't know if they've actually been sent or not... Maybe there's a restriction on my...

Re: SoundPool Audio Tracker

[q I can't get my head around how to route 8/16 channels of audio to a stereo bus, and have that come out of the SPDIF to go back to the minidisc's DAC, and I have all the manuals for that (about 800 pages!). They are grouped , 1/2 3/4 5/6 7/8, for the fa8 at least I think you just need to select 1...

Re: SoundPool Audio Tracker

Thanks for the tips!Unfortunately I've only got a SPDIF interface so I've been routing things through my effects unit. Ideally I'd like a Jam8 or something similar but they're hard to come by these days. I've also got an old ADAT machine lying around somewhere, do you reckon I could use this and th...

Re: SoundPool Audio Tracker

Interesting. Maybe my email was lost in their spam. I'll have a look at those PRN files and see what I can do with them. It's a shame that I've found this only now, I really wanted to use AT for recording some demos the last few months (I have done one song but it was some work with AT), and I've d...

Re: SoundPool Audio Tracker

Hey, Thanks a lot for the replies. I emailed info(at)soundpool.de and got a response from Thomas Baumgartner within about an hour with v1.6 attached. I've got a copy of the manual but no scanner I'm afraid but I have found this which might help: https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/comp.sys.atar...

I wrote them a couple of months ago, asking if I could buy AudioTracker. I got not response. AT 2.01 doesn't need a dongle, all I want is the manual and I would have been happy to pay for the whole thing.

Thanks, I'll give it a try on my CT60 later when it's all reassembled. BTW - just one file, logicaud.prg? Is it a self extractor or is that it?

Re: Anyone using Cubase Audio or Logic Audio?

I own the whole package of CAF in a big box with CAC and FDI, and also a Soundpool S/PDIF and Analog 8. I haven't used it tons, but I do use it with a crack instead of the dongle (to free up the cartridge port) and I cannot once remember it crashing. Admittedly, I haven't done much audio tracking wi...

Oh man, I just found out today, came on this thread by accident. I feel terrible. We had some emails chats in the past, and its strange I was recently thinking about Alison, wondered if she was still active in the atari scene... I haven't been for a few years now, which is why I find out 2+ years la...

Re: What 10 games came with Discovery Pack for UK 520 ST FM?

I got one of the first STE's, bought it from Silica Shop via mail order (or rather my mother did after much badgering). This was about a month before the price of the STE went up by a £100. That month they were priced at the same as the STFM's (£299). Anyway, back on topic, the pack that came with t...

Now, I'd like to know whether the driver can "drive" usb wireless mice or not. I have no idea. I guess it depends if the wireless function is transparent (which I think it would be) or not. Mind you, I didn't connect the usb wires to my EtherNat card yet, but i't be interesting to know. A...

If the game is a GEM application then yes.

If you are talking about normal games then of course not.

Version 0.90 is out.

Please discard 0.80 and get the new one. The logging is better, which will help me fix those pesky mouse not detecting errors.

Thanks.

Thanks very much for your offer of help. If you can wait a couple of days before going to all the trouble of testing a zillion mouses, I will add some stuff to the logfile particularly to identify the mouse brand and model. This used to work in an older version but I broke it somehow...

Alpha release: USB mouse driver v0.80

I have decided to make the latest version of my USB mouse driver available for public download. This is considered an ALPHA release. There are things to fix, things to add etc, but it is useable and works on ST/TT/Falcon with EtherNat or NetUSBee, in TOS and MiNT. As for MagiC, you'll have to try it...
